RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, we will happily exchange it within 30 days, provided that you have notified us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All items should be returned via insured registered post to The Silver Jewellery Workshop, 6 Ashdale Close, Coventry CV3 2SD or 145 Parque del Danubio, urb. La Marina, 03177 San Fulgencio, Alicante. Please keep proof of Postage because we cannot be held responsible for packages which are damaged or lost in transit.

If you wish to return your purchase we will happily refund in full less any credit card/paypal charges provided the following conditions are adhered to: The item is returned within 14 days in its original condition; The item is returned by an insured, recorded postal method (but not by Carrier such as UPS or FEDEX). Please keep proof of postage.
